Switching the gas pedal for the bike pedal, Adam Atkins packed up his previous job as a delivery driver to pursue a self motivated career with his very own mobile pizzeria.
Adam set the wheels in motion whilst juggling a 9 month old and planned his new business venture during nap times and weekends. Searching for the perfect pizza oven Adam discovered Roccbox, a lightweight alternative to a large stone oven.
Adam tows Roccbox, fuel and ingredients on his customised trailer pulled by his beloved Electra Cruiser 7d lux bike.
Passionate about serving the best Neapolitan style pizza, Adam uses fresh, high quality ingredients. These are masterfully scattered on top of his 3 day, hand stretched, slow fermented dough, which is placed in Roccbox for 60-90 seconds.
You can find Adam in St Albans, Hertfordshire, UK, often with a queue of loyal purveyors of pizza who claim he is as good, if not better, than leading Neapolitan pizza offerings based in London.
