Cheese and ‘Nduja Toastie

Oven temp. 250 ℃
Ingredients
  • 4 Slices of 'Plastic' Bread
  • Grated Cheddar
  • 1/2 a ball of Mozzarella
  • Soft Butter
  • 'Nduja Sausage
  • THE best toastie you’ll ever eat!! The high heat and rolling flame means there’s no need to turn the toastie during the cooking process – yet both sides will crisp up perfectly – no soggy bottoms here! And the ‘Nduja adds a beautiful spicy kick…

    Butter all sides of the bread and spread over a layer of ‘Nduja on two slices.

    Top the ‘Nduja with the cheeses and pop the other buttered slice on top.

    Heat a frying pan in the Roccbox and when hot, carefully add your sandwich.

    With the flame licking over the top of the dome, there’s no need to flip the toastie, just let it cook till the cheese has melted and both sides are nicely crisped!
