Pigs in Blankets

Serves 3-4
Oven temp. 375 ℃
  • 6 Chipolata Sausages
  • 6 Rashers of Streaky Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Wholegrain Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Runny Honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Handful of hard herbs such as Thyme, Rosemary, Sage.
  • Bacon…Sausage…Hot Roccbox…What’s not to like?! The addition of a few extra ingredients will make these your new favourite!

    While your Roccbox is coming up to temperature, stretch each rashers of bacon as thin as possible with a knife – this will help with the crispiness! Then wrap a sausage in each piece.

    Put the sausage in a dish, pan or tray that can handle the heat and drizzle over the olive oil. Cover with foil and cook for around 5 minutes.

    Remove the foil and return the tray to Roccbox for a further 8-10 minutes, tossing occasionally.

    Once the sausages are nicely browned and cooked, turn the Roccbox off. Remove the tray from Roccbox, pour in the Worcester sauce and using a wooden spoon scrape all that tasty flavour off the bottom of the pan.

    Add all the remaining ingredients, toss everything together and leave in the pan to sit for a few more minutes.

    Dig in!
