The Anchovy Marinara Pizza

Oven temp. 450 ℃
  • 1 Pizza dough ball
  • 1 Clove of garlic, sliced
  • 1 Tin of peeled plum tomatoes, blitzed
  • A handful of anchovies
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  • The classic marinara, so simple, yet so delicious! Adding anchovies creates a perfect sweet and salty combination against its tomato base and is ideal for a light summer lunch…

    Stretch your dough ball into the perfect pizza base for Roccbox, around 11inches in diameter.

    Top with your tomato sauce – seasoned to taste, a scatter of chopped garlic, the anchovies, mixed herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.

    Using a floured pizza peel, manoeuvre the pizza into Roccbox and bake for around 90 seconds, turning regularly to ensure an evenly baked crust. Remove from Roccbox and serve!
