Cheesy Garlic Pizza Bread

  • Fresh dough
  • Freshly chopped garlic
  • Mozzarella
  • Butter
  • Black pepper
  • We often use this recipe at Roccbox HQ as a way of using up leftover ingredients however whilst this pizza bread may be simple to make, it really is the king of sides…or is equally as delicious on its own!

    Chop up (or crush) 3-4 garlic cloves as small as possible and mix with around 100g of butter until you have a nice smooth garlic butter paste.

    Stretch out a dough ball into the perfect circular base and indent a small crust.

    Drop small blobs of garlic butter all over the dough – being careful not to spread it as this will tear the base.

    Throw on as much mozzarella as your like (we love it super cheesy!) and very finely slice a garlic glove before sprinkling it over the pizza. The rolling flame in Roccbox will make these go chewy as well as tasting insane!

    Finally, garnish with some fresh black pepper and cook your cheesy garlic pizza bread until the crust is crispy and the cheese is bubbling. Now you can eat the whole thing, lean back and wait for your pupils to dilate!
