How to Cook Burgers in Roccbox

  • We all know that Burger’s are pretty simple to cook, but using the high heat that Roccbox you’ll be able to turn the humble patty into a perfectly cooked super burger.

    Heat a cast iron pan in Roccbox for around two minutes and add your burger patty with a little oil.

    Cook for 5-10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the burger). The heat that the preheated pan has absorbed will ensure that your burgers cook equally on both sides without the need to flip them.

    Being careful to remove the cast iron pan (this will now be very hot!) it is now time to start stacking up your burger. You really can add whatever you like here but we love to load ours with cheese, homemade slaw, red onion, salad and fresh chillies, all in a freshly toasted brioche bun. Delicious!
