Gozney Beech Briquettes

The briquettes are made from 100% beech wood, without any bark, binders or additives. Perfect for use in the larger Gozney ovens (excluding Roccbox).
Ideal for a clean, complete burn with low smoke output and less than 1% residual ash content, Gozney Briquettes can be used alongside, or instead of, kiln dried hardwood.

With a super low moisture content (7% compared to kiln dried at 20% and seasoned hardwood at 40%) Gozney Briquettes deliver an unbeatable heat output and efficiency. Chemically and bacteriologically tested to HACCP regulations, and easily stackable means Gozney Briquettes can be stored in commercial kitchens.
