BBQ’s can often result in a burnt on the outside, raw on the inside sausage but with Roccbox you will be able to perfectly cook tasty, juicy sausages with a nicely charred outside in just a matter of minutes.
To cook some bangers in your Roccbox you can use any sort of cast iron or metal dish providing it is can handle high temperatures. Pop your sausages, some chopped red onion and sprigs of rosemary in the pan, drizzle with oil and cover with foil.
Cook in your Roccbox for 2-5 minutes before taking the foil off and cooking for a further 5-10 minutes depending on the size of your sausages. You should now have the star ingredient for creating the perfect Hot Dog!
