No one likes throwing away food, so save any leftover dough you may have from your pizza party to make these simple and delicious rolls! Remember – don’t limit your fillings – Nutella and Banana or Blackberries and Maple Syrup both work amazingly as an alternative to the below!
Sprinkle a little flour and icing sugar over a flat surface and roll your leftover dough out into a rectangle, about 30cm x 15cm and brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle over the sugar, cinnamon, salted caramel and pecans and rolls up so the dough resembles a Swiss roll.
Once rolled up, cut into 3-4cm portions and stand them up on a greaseproof lined tray.
Cook in Roccbox for 6 minutes, keeping a close eye on the them as cooking times will vary depending on your dough recipe and how old the dough is!
