Chilli and Garlic Prawns

Oven temp. 300 ℃
  • Fresh king prawns
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Fresh red chilli
  • Lemon wedges
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (to garnish)
  • This recipe is great for those times when you fancy something fresh and light but is still packed with flavour. It will take under 5 minutes to prep and cook this delicious dish and is perfect for all occasions!

    Wash and prep your prawns. Chop your garlic and chilli into small pieces and toss them into a cast iron pan or metal dish.

    Add your prawns and drizzle over plenty of oil. Mix together and cover with foil before popping into your Roccbox for around 3 minutes – ensuring you shake halfway through.

    Squeeze over some fresh lemon and a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley and dig in!

    Hot tip – Serve with Aioli for a fresh, tangy twist.
