The Red Onion Marmalade, Anchovies and Goats Cheese Pizza

Oven temp. 450 ℃
  • 2 Balls of pizza dough
  • 250g red onion marmalade
  • 170g goats cheese, roughly crumbled
  • 4 tbsp sliced black olives
  • 18 anchovies in sunflower oil
  • 4 sprigs of thyme, picked
  • The French’s answer to pizza is called Pissaladerie and is very similar to this! Very strong, robust flavours make it unmistakable French in origin. You can use shop bought red onion marmalade, or make a batch of your own- it tastes infinitely better and keeps for ages…

    Stretch your dough balls into the perfect pizza base.

    Top the pizza bases with the red onion marmalade, followed by the goats cheese, anchovies and black olives.
